I loved the descriptions of the town, the businesses and, of course, the inn enough to let the fact that Beckett, Ryder and Owen were essentially Philip, Ethan and Cameron from her 'Chesapeake Bay' series slide -- then I learned this book centers around the actual inn Roberts and her family owns in Maryland. Clare's book store and the new gallery are also owned by Roberts and family in the real town. Essentially, she took a renovation project and made a book out of it.Francehttp://destructiveaging.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-76788047553144556962012-01-22T18:44:16.074-05:002012-01-22T18:44:16.074-05:00Actually on Wikipedia, "Let Love Find You (20...Actually on Wikipedia, "Let Love Find You (2012) (Amanda Locke's story)" is the continuation of The Reid Family Series, not the Malory's.LadyAnniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04935631732194413183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-67910463634164744452012-01-11T03:43:03.038-05:002012-01-11T03:43:03.038-05:00IT'S A BIT SEXUALLY GRAPHIC, BUT IT'S A GO...IT'S A BIT SEXUALLY GRAPHIC, BUT IT'S A GOOD BOOK. Beautiful, titled, and charming – even if she does talk a bit too much, Amanda doesn’t understand why love eludes her. Even her father, the Duke of Norford, is so perplexed he is prepared to take drastic measures to ensure his daughter’s happiness. Now, as Amanda begins her third Season, she gets a little help from Cupid, a darkly handsome horse breeder whose knowledge of basic animal attraction has guided him in arranging more than a few successful matches between the young ladies and gentlemen of the ton. Hired by Amanda’s family, Devin Baldwin produces results for Amanda and soon she is happy to be courted by one of his clients, the dashing Viscount Altone. In order to secure Amanda’s match to a nobleman obsessed with horse racing, Devin must teach Amanda how to overcome her fear of horses. But as Devin shows her the joys of riding, hunting, and racing, will their own hearts run astray as Amanda finds herself falling in love with Cupid himself?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-5620743040788679092011-11-22T23:33:45.458-05:002011-11-22T23:33:45.458-05:00Here's the link, which is from 2 1/2 years ago...Here's the link, which is from 2 1/2 years ago.

http://authors.simonandschuster.com/Johanna-Lindsey/18227659/voicerobinepowellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18147813978803445160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-38157607700083554012011-11-22T23:23:58.930-05:002011-11-22T23:23:58.930-05:00I did read an article a few years ago that said Jo...I did read an article a few years ago that said Johanna Lindsey was going to write a book for Amanda Locke. I would really like to read a book that makes Percy a Mallory by marriage. Percy's history with the family makes him a great candidate and an even better target for James and Tony but I would like a little change from the usual stow away on a pirate ship story line. Maybe have the older man chasing the timid, inexperienced girl instead of the heroine doing the chasing.
Lets wait and see.....Odalyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05135776835411330797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-16996487805825926662011-11-17T04:58:55.199-05:002011-11-17T04:58:55.199-05:00I am looking forward to her new book. Under the bed storage containers (cloth or plastic) are often good ways to hide books away while still keeping the books around and protected. If you have spare drawers then that is also a good option to keep the books nearby but contained and organized. Once you reach a point where you need more space on your shelves again, then you can donate the ones already stored away that you've never gotten the urge to read again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683250417427745909.post-68747020348578183842011-06-18T13:08:06.724-04:002011-06-18T13:08:06.724-04:00Hooray!
